This is the location where we will/have picked up the deceased. If the county is not listed, we either do not service that area or it's not available with this package. Pricing varies slightly by county.

Temporary Urn?*
Let us know how you'd like the ashes returned. The included temporary urn has a rigid plastic inside and a cardboard exterior. Upgrade to a decorative option below, or choose to shop for a permanent urn later.

How many certified copies of the death certificate do you need?
The first copy is a $21 state fee; each additional copy is $4.

Death certificates are essential for verifying a person's death. Banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, employers, and government agencies typically require a death certificate as proof. The most convenient way to obtain them is by ordering them directly from us. Please note: we only facilitate the initial order, so be sure you purchase enough.
