I am so impressed with the level of detail obtained in the online purchase of our package with thorough execution. We received text and email notifications of updates throughout the entire process. This was incredibly helpful as I live outside of Texas away from my loved one and was able to coordinate the end of life process virtually without the pressure of flying back and forth to TX. Lone Star Cremation is simply the very best. I cannot say enough good things about them. My mother had her plan with Lone Star already in place and when I contacted them about her passing a few weeks ago, they immediately stepped up and handled every last process for us with such dignity and grace. Meghan and Bobette’s communication through every step is second to none. Their immense help and compassion allowed us to grieve and not get tied up in red tape. I cannot recommend Lone Star Cremation enough. Think about your loved ones that will be left behind and please call these folks.

This business was recommended to me by a friend whose family had recently used their services. My mother passed suddenly after a brief illness. We were making her arrangements for out of town and this was by far the easiest solution and less than half the price of traditional funeral homes to handle the exact same service. Even though I made the arrangements online, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind when we called them with questions. We even picked out a beautiful urn in person at their business office. If you are in a situation where you need their services, I would highly recommend!
