The cremation has been completed and the ashes are now available for pickup. You can schedule an appointment at your convenience.
No Rush — You Have Options
You may schedule a pickup now, or wait until the death certificates are also ready so you can collect everything in one visit. You will receive a second notification when the death certificates are ready. There is no obligation to come in right away. However, we do ask that everything be picked up within 30 days.
Pickup Location
Ashes are available for pickup at our Mansfield office. We ask that you schedule an appointment so we can make sure staff is ready for you.

If you would like the ashes shipped rather than picked up in person, contact our office and we will make arrangements for you.
